| Robbie grabs Rex and gushes about how excited he is to redecorate the house. Alex cannot believe his eyes. |

| Before long they move on to this year's line of women's shoes. Alex is barely pretending to watch TV. |

| Rex starts by stripping the walls and floors. Even poured cement and drywall look better than what it was. He puts in new doors too. (If you strip the walls of paint you can recoup the money. Same goes for floors altho stripping the floors leaves you with lawn.) |

| He also puts in new windows and adds a bay window to the dining room. |

| And he builds a second bathroom. |

And of course he adds a hot tub. Let them eat off paper plates, Rex has his priorities. Robbie tells him they should have a housewarming party when everything is finished. |

| Rex says he can just imagine the decorations. |

| Jack, of course, doesn't want to have a party. Jada meanwhile flirts a bit with Rex. |
